Unfair decision of anti-doping rules related to the football team of Waterloo college

Anti-doping agencies do no not make fair decisions in certain situations. Since certain athletes test positive for steroids, the whole teams receive suspensions. Thus, athletes that don’t lie receive suspensions together with liars. Don’t you think that it is  unfair? Why must good sportspersons be kept from making their hopes and dreams real, if other individuals lie?
The Waterloo football program was shut down for a year. It was because of results of an investigation.  Everything began because of a bust of a player who was caught having numerous  vials of anabolic steroids and HGH. It led to numerous investigations led in Canadian colleges. The investigations were conducted by the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport.
One of investigations showed eight positives of the Waterloo football players. It led to decision to suspend the whole team for a year.
Unluckily, fair players of the Waterloo College were punished together with liars that took prohibited performance-enhancing drugs. Matt Vonk and Steve Ples  played at Laurier before the scandal connected with steroids and the suspension. These two football players dind’t take steroids. That’s why Matt Vonk and Stele Ples hadn’t to be suspended.
The players Matt Vonk and Steve Ples wanted to transfer to another college in order to realize their dreams connected with football. But Matt Vonk and Steve Ples received refusal. Thus, these players will be kept from playing football the whole year.
