Przemyslaw Saleta believes that steroids shouldn’t be prohibited in professional sports

Przemyslaw Saleta’s opinion about Lance Armstrong’s steroid use differs from that of many persons. The polish boxer doesn’t condemn the American cyclist. Przemyslaw Saleta notes that Lance Armstrong has acted like almost every professional sportsperson. The 7-time Tour de France winner has taken banned drugs and cheated about his doping. Nothing is surprising. Almost every athlete applied anabolic steroids and other performance-enhancing drugs.
While many athletes that use forbidden medications are caught by anti-doping officials and sentenced to suspensions, Lance Armstrong has never tested positive for any prohibited preparation. He was not caught, despites of having been subjected to thousands drug tests. Of course, It goes without saying that Lance Armstrong is not the only sportsperson who has avoided detection successfully. Let take Chinese sportspersons as an example! They are sponsored by the state. The state provides money enough to obtain such medicines that are undetectable. Thus, numerous Chinese athletes apply doping products without being detected. It becomes obvious that sportspersons that have much money may administer doping products and remain undetectable. Lance Armstrong tuned out to be only one of such sportspersons.
Przemyslaw Saleta has an unusual proposal. He thinks that anabolic steroids and other related medicines should be legalized in professional sports. According to this athlete, steroids and other performance-enhancing drugs are not dangerous for health, if they are applied by adults that possess sufficient information about methods to consume them properly. Przemyslaw Saleta considers that administration of anabolic steroids and other performance-enhancing drugs by sportspersons should be monitored by physicians. Thus, sportspersons are likely to prevent serious undesirable reactions.
Moreover, Przemyslaw Saleta thinks that steroids and other related medications are indispensible in such sports, as cycling. Cycling is a sport where athletes have to endure very extreme conditions while training and competing. So, anabolic steroids and other related products help cyclists to keep health in better conditions. Cycling in itself is dangerous without anabolic steroids and other doping products.
But Przemyslaw Saleta warns that anabolic steroids and other related drugs should be prohibited in amateur sports. Moreover, young sportspersons must not be also permitted to take these preparations because they may cause significant harm in them. Teenagers must not apply such preparations because they may get severe undesirable effects.
Nonetheless, Przemyslaw Saleta claims that it is wrong to think that steroids and other doping products represent the key to success. According to him, success is a result of hard working.
