Patrick Jonker: doping is serious problem in cycling

The USADA has released a dossier on the prominent cyclist Lance Armstrong.
Which impression do people get, when they read this report? It is said that a lot of persons think that every teammate of this prominent cyclist has applied steroids and/or other related preparations. But is it true opinion? Has each Lance Armstrong’s teammate doped?
According to the report on this athlete, 11 teammates testified against him, claiming that he doped. Furthermore, it was confirmed that Lance Armstrong and the most mates of his team used sophisticated methods in order to be able to dope and prevent detection.
However some Lance Armstrong’s teammates admitted to taking steroids and/or other related preparations, some teammates denied doping. For example, Julian Dean and Patrick Jonker were two teammates of the celebrated cyclist that denied administering performance-enhancing drugs.
Julian Dean said that he neither doped, nor saw Lance Armstrong applying anabolic steroids and/or other related medications.
When it comes to Patrick Jonker, his affirmations were like those of Julian Dean. He confirmed that he had never applied any banned preparations. He stated that he competed cleanly and didn’t take any unfair advantage.
According to Patrick Jonker, application of anabolic steroids and other related remedies is a serious problem in their sport. He thinks that a lot of cyclists dope. He considers that it is necessary to fight against intake of doping products in cycling. But he claims that appropriate methods should be used by anti-doping officers. This athlete is full of indignation, talking about prosecution related to Lance Armstrong.  Patrick Jonker affirms that murderers are less prosecuted than the celebrated cyclist.
